Our Cashmere Factory

Our 3,600 m² factory in China focuses on knitted cashmere garments and accessories. We carry out knitting, linking, washing, finishing, inspection, and packing in-house, with equipment and work areas for each stage.

Equipment for Knitwear Manufacturing

Our knitting, joining, and finishing equipment supports the main stages of cashmere garment production.

Computerized Knitting

We use 46 computerized knitting machines across 3GG, 5GG, 7GG, 12GG, 14GG, and 16GG. These machines knit garment panels and support different knit structures and patterns.

Linking and Sewing

Our workshop has 20 linking machines and 10 flat sewing, overlock, and coverstitch machines in total. They join knitted panels and work on necklines, cuffs, plackets, and other garment details.

Washing and Finishing

We use three washing and fulling machines and eight ironing and steaming tables. Washing and fulling develop the fabric handle, while ironing and shaping bring the garment to its finished dimensions and appearance.

From Yarn to Finished Garment

These five stages summarize the production work completed in our factory. Checks also take place as the product moves between stages.

  1. Check and Prepare Yarn
We inspect yarn and components, then wind and prepare the yarn for knitting.
  2. Knit and Review Panels
Computerized knitting machines produce the panels. We inspect knitted pieces and repair issues before they move to assembly.
  3. Link and Assemble
We join panels through linking and sewing, then work on garment openings, seams, and other construction details.
  4. Wash, Shape, and Finish
Garments go through washing and fulling, ironing and shaping, and the embroidery or hand finishing required for the product.
  5. Inspect and Pack
We check finished garments, fold and label them, prepare the agreed packaging, and verify quantities before release.

What We Check

Our quality work covers incoming materials, production, and finished products. Each stage checks different details rather than leaving every issue until the end.

  • Incoming Materials
Incoming checks cover yarn properties and color, together with the specifications, colors, and quantities of trims and components.
  • Work in Progress
We check knitting density, weight, pattern accuracy, seam tension, and key garment dimensions during knitting and assembly.
  • Finished Products
Final checks cover dimensions, appearance, stitching, quantities, labels, and packing details. Production inspection reports can be shared for a project as arranged.
