Two Ways to Try a Sample

Check our workmanship with an existing product, or develop a sample around your own requirements.

Existing Product Sample

Free sample

We send a similar product we have already made so you can check the materials, workmanship and overall quality.

You only pay the courier cost. If you arrange your own courier or use your courier account, we charge no sample or shipping fee.

Custom-Made Sample

Typically US$38–100

Made to your requirements, including your logo, material, dimensions and shape. The sample fee depends on your product and is confirmed before we start.

We show you a free 3D preview first. Once you approve the design, we make the physical sample.

Sample fee credit. After you approve the sample, we offer a sample-fee credit toward your bulk order.

Quality protection. If quality issues prevent the sample from meeting your required standard, we refund your sample fee in full.

From Your Idea to Your Sample

You do not need your own designer. Our design and development team can work from a description, photos, a design file or even a simple sketch.

    Contact us with the product you need and the details you have in mind. Send any photos, drawings or references that help explain your idea.

    Approve Your Free 3D Preview

    We create the design and 3D preview at no charge. Review the logo, material, size and shape with us. We make your custom sample after you approve the design.

  3. 03

    Review, Then Receive

    We send photos and videos of the finished sample for your review. If you spot a problem, we revise it until you are satisfied. We ship the sample after you confirm it.

Sample making generally takes 7–15 days, depending on the product. Complex jacquard or outerwear samples may take 12–20 days. The applicable schedule is confirmed for your sample; courier transit time is separate. Please tell us in advance if your project is urgent.

When the sample is finished, we record every material, component and production detail used. These records and your approved sample guide bulk production so it matches what you approved.
