A project inquiry may include designs, reference images, specifications, quantities, colors, packaging requirements, and delivery details. Please send only information relevant to your project.

Technical information needed to serve a website can include an IP address, browser or device information, and the pages requested. Analytics and advertising tools are not enabled on the current version of this site.

2. How We Use Information

We use inquiry and project information to reply to you, assess requirements, prepare quotations, develop approved samples, manage confirmed orders, and maintain related business records.

Contact methods: This website provides email and WhatsApp links. It does not currently have a contact form. Information you send is also handled by the email or messaging service you use under its own terms.

3. Cookies

Cookies store information in your browser. The current site has no enabled Google Analytics or Google Ads tags, so those tools do not currently set analytics or advertising cookies through this site.

Cookie controls: You can manage stored cookies in your browser. If we enable optional tracking, we will update this policy to explain the relevant cookies and how to manage your choices. There is currently no site cookie-settings panel.

4. Analytics and Third-Party Services

We plan to use Google Analytics to understand website visits and Google Ads to measure advertising conversions. We do not currently use remarketing or personalized advertising. These Google tools have not yet been enabled on this site.

Google services: When enabled, these services may process page URLs, IP addresses, device information, and cookies or identifiers. Read how Google uses information from partner sites and use Google's Analytics browser add-on or Google ad settings to manage Google-related choices.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with services involved in receiving your inquiry or carrying out an agreed order, to the extent needed for those purposes.

Email services and WhatsApp/Meta process communications through their platforms. Website hosting and delivery services may receive information needed for their work. Google will receive relevant website data only when its tools are enabled. We may also disclose information where required by law.

6. Data Retention

We keep business information for the period needed to handle inquiries, confirmed orders, related questions, records, and applicable obligations. The appropriate period depends on the information and its purpose. Contact us if you have a question about a specific record.

7. Data Security

Project information is used for your project and is not published without permission. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. Email, messaging, and internet services cannot guarantee complete security.

8. Your Rights

You can contact us to ask about information we hold, request corrections, or request deletion where appropriate. The rights available to you and any limits on a request depend on your location and applicable requirements.

9. International Data Transfers

Our office is in China. If you contact us from another country, your inquiry may be received by our team in China. Email, messaging, hosting, and other service providers may process information in other countries under their own privacy terms.

10. Children’s Privacy

This website is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children. Please contact us if you believe a child has sent personal information through our contact channels.
