Six Steps from Approval to Shipment
Each stage uses the agreed specifications and the checks relevant to your cashmere product.
1. Confirm the Production Reference
Your approved sample and its material, component, and production records provide the reference for bulk manufacturing.

2. Prepare Materials and Check Inputs
We check incoming yarn and accessories before they move into production.

Check yarn characteristics, color differences, twist, and moisture against the material requirements. - Trims and labels
Check accessory specifications, colors, and quantities for the order. - Production preparation
Prepare the yarn and the knitting work from the confirmed product requirements.
3. Produce to the Approved Reference
Our internal process brings together knitting, panel checking and repair, linking, washing, ironing, and finishing.
- Knitting and panel checks
Check knitting density, garment weight, and pattern accuracy; inspect and repair panels before linking. - Linking and finishing
Check stitching and key garment dimensions, then review the hand feel and shrinkage after washing. - Production photos and videos
We can share photos and videos with your team for your order; the content and timing are agreed for the project.
4. Inspect Products and Record Results
Our quality checks cover incoming materials, production, and finished products. In-process inspection reports can be provided for your order.
- Appearance and workmanship
Check for holes, dropped stitches, color differences, stains, and loose threads. - Garment measurements
Check relevant dimensions such as chest, body length, sleeve length, shoulder width, and hem against the specifications. - Labels and quantity
Check hangtags, care labels, packaging, and order counts during final inspection.
5. Pack and Prepare for Dispatch
We fold, tag, bag, and carton the finished products according to your confirmed packing requirements.
- Individual protection
Individual bags and acid-free tissue are available for protecting folded garments and accessories. - Branded presentation
Gift boxes and brand packaging are available for retail or gifting requirements; confirm the actual packing specifications. - Cartons and documents
Confirm carton marks, barcodes, quantities, and packing lists for the shipment.
6. Arrange Transport and Delivery
We arrange delivery to your door from Hangzhou. The references below run from dispatch to your door and are separate from production. Confirm destination coverage, the route, and customs responsibilities before booking. We prepare export documents such as packing lists, invoices, and bills of lading as applicable.
- Courier — 5–9 days
Usually 5–9 days from dispatch to your door, useful for urgent parcels and smaller orders. Confirm destination coverage and the courier service before booking. - Sea — about 30 days
About 30 days from dispatch to your door as a planning reference, useful for larger orders where freight cost matters. Confirm the sailing route and door-delivery arrangement. - Air Delivery — about 15 days
About 15 days from dispatch to your door as a planning reference, useful for orders with a shorter delivery schedule. Confirm the route and door-delivery service. - Rail — about 35 days
About 35 days from dispatch to your door on available rail routes. This is another planning option for suitable destinations; rail service is not available for every country.
